Bambike

LOCAL COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS

In the spirit of pamayanan and bayanihan, UNIQLO has pledged to support local communities  through various projects and collaborations.

Bambike, a local socio-ecological enterprise that handmakes bamboo bicycles, was forced to close shop during the early stages of the community quarantine in Metro Manila. However, this did not stop them from providing bicycles to the front liners in Manila, Pasig, Quezon City, and even in Iloilo to ease the mobility challenges during quarantine. In recognizing this initiative, UNIQLO has partnered with Bambike to provide UNIQLO customers a PHP 1,000.00 discount voucher from Bambike for every P3,000 purchase at the Uniqlo Manila Global Flagship Store from October 16-18, 2020. An in-store display of Bambike’s products together with LifeWear items will also be showcased at the flagship store during the anniversary  week.
