The Iloilo site is the 6th hub of TDCX located at Cybergate Iloilo Tower I, Robinsons Pavia Complex, Ungka, Pavia. The other four TDCX sites are situated in Manila and Cebu.

This local expansion is deemed strategic as Iloilo is touted as one of the top three hubs in the Philippines, considered as a “high-achieving, progressive urban center” within the Visayas region due to its continuous infrastructure developments and an increasing talented workforce.
