Another milestone achieved by the residential division of Robinsons Land, as RLC Residences took home four awards for its projects and home offerings at the recently concluded The Outlook 2023: Philippine Real Estate Awards.

Held at Shangri-la The Fort last September 21, the brand’s newly launched development Mantawi Residences won the Best Premium Condominium – Visayas and Mindanao – a four-tower upscale project located along Ouano Avenue in Mandaue City, Cebu. Significantly, luxury project The Residences at The Westin Manila in Ortigas got recognized as the Best Wellness-Focused Development of the Year in recognition to its amenities and facilities inspired by Westin’s 6 Pillars of Well-Being.
