Globe announced 99% of its Stores nationwide have reopened. All Globe Stores nationwide are now operational with the exception of one store located at the TGT headquarters in BGC. A total of 196 stores across the country are ready to serve customers and handle concerns that need personal or face-to-face interaction.

Globe Stores were closed in March last year following the lockdowns as a way to slow the spread of COVID-19.

As government relaxed restrictions, Globe began opening select Stores with skeletal workforces in May 2020. This was part of Globe’s commitment to serve the mobile and internet needs of its customers when digital connectivity was of utmost importance.

“We have a superior in-Store experience that we’ve built throughout the years. With the easing up of the quarantine restrictions and the returning foot traffic, we deemed it necessary to reopen as many Globe Stores as possible to serve our customers.  We also continue to observe government health protocols to keep everyone in the premises safe from COVID-19,” said Bernie Llamzon, Globe EVP and Head of Channel Management.

The Globe Stores offer assistance for concerns involving postpaid plan renewal, postpaid applications, reactivation of terminated accounts, device pick-up, myBusiness applications and prepaid products, among others. After-sales concerns such as change of ownership, change of SIM, device return or replacement and reconnection of accounts and unbarring requests may also be brought to the nearest Globe Store. Bills payment and GCash cash-in may also be accommodated at any Globe Store.

Selected Globe Stores will only accommodate transactions by appointment to prevent overcrowding in compliance with the government-mandated safety protocols. Customers can book an appointment online and check the list of Globe Stores through https://www.globe.com.ph/stay-safe-at-home/stores.html

To monitor bills and data usage, buy load, or subscribe to the latest promo, Globe and TM  customers may download the GlobeOne, Globe At Home, and GCash apps for free.
