MANILA, Philippines – Global technology leader Xiaomi inaugurated its second exclusive service center in the Philippines last March 5, 2022, as part of its initiative to provide premium after-sales service to its customers.

Located on the ground floor of SM City Manila beside the Manila City Hall, the Xiaomi Exclusive Service Center aims to provide a harmonious experience and luxurious treatment for its consumers, following the opening of the first Xiaomi exclusive service center last December 2021 in Bonifacio Global City. Xiaomi fans can expect end-to-end service from product purchase up to after-sales support for the gadgets.

“The constant support of Xiaomi fans has been critical to our success. So, when it comes to their product concerns and service needs, Xiaomi strives to give the best possible experience to our devoted customers. The inauguration of our 2nd Exclusive Support Center brings to life our promise to provide excellent customer service to the Xiaomi community and that our fans can expect more branches to open in more key cities and extend this exclusive customer service experience to more Xiaomi fans nationwide,” shared Xiaomi Philippines Service Manager, Joel Salera.

Xiaomi announced last year that part of its goals for 2022 will be ramping up its after-sales service in the country. Earlier in 2021, Xiaomi increased its after-sales touchpoints by growing from 10 to 20 service locations across the country, as well as adding 10 additional authorized service centers to serve Xiaomi TV products. A Xiaomi Contact Center was also established to support customers in the Philippines and the Americas.

Aside from enhanced customer service, Xiaomi fans may enjoy the benefits of Xiaomi’s second exclusive service center promo, which offers a 50% discount on out-of-warranty labor fees.
