The angle, the background, the smile, the moment . . . these are elements to consider when taking post-worthy selfies. But for selfie enthusiasts, the art of taking the perfect selfie is not as simple as it looks.

Which is why selfie lovers are in a constant search for smartphones equipped with the best camera features, and smartphone manufactures, in turn, churn out ‘selfie phones’ or smartphones with high-resolution front cameras, ideal for taking high-quality selfies.

Vivo V5s

So, when top five premium global smartphone brand[1] Vivo released perfect selfie V5 phones: the V5, V5 Plus and V5 lite, local selfie fans were impressed.

Now, the well-loved brand is adding another member to the V5 family. With full details yet to be revealed, this selfie-centric phone is rumored to have a 20-megapixel front camera, ideal for capturing perfect, crystal-clear selfies. Set to launch this May, the big reveal is expected to draw in technology and lifestyle bloggers, and key persons in the smartphone industry.

Based on leaked specifications, the newest addition to the selfie-centric line will feature an updated selfie softlight, which not only enables users to take perfect selfies in poor lighting conditions, but also has an enhanced night mode, making selfie-capturing at night a better experience.

It is also said to have a 13-megapixel rear camera that can capture beautiful images, and its ultra-high definition mode can render up to 52-megapixel photo print-outs. Like in other Vivo phones, this newest phone will most likely feature the coveted Hi-Fi Music AK4376 chip producing smooth and clear sound quality.
