- Submission of entries is from June 1 until August 1, 2015.
- Judging will be held on August 7, 2015.
- Announcement of winner/s: August 12, 2015.
- This promo is open to all Philippine residents aged 18 and above.
- Participants should have a passport with at least one (1) year validity.
- Submit a jpeg format photo not lower than 630 x 380 pixels that shows the essence of enjoying life’s great little moments because of being sensitive free.
- Entries should be an original photo and must contain the hashtags #Sensodyne and #GreatLittleMoments along with the caption.
- All valid entries are qualified to join the raffle. An entry is considered valid if the following are satisfied:
- All required fields are filled.
- Photo caption not exceeding 200 characters including the use of the campaign hashtags.
- Taken recently (within 6 months)
- Photos can be taken by a professional photographer but user should have full ownership of submitted entries. Photo should not be plagiarized.
- Can be solo or group shot.
- Maximum of 5 valid entries per user.
- All photos will be housed in the Gallery section of the campaign. Sensodyne reserves the right to remove disqualified entries without prior notice and will have full ownership to all photos deemed as valid entries.
- An entry is considered invalid and disqualified if:
- Photos have been previously submitted or have won in any local and international photography contest.
- Photos that violate a person’s rights including but not limited to copyright and privacy.
- Photos that contain obscene, sexually explicit, offensive or objectionable or inappropriate content.
- Photos that do not meet the mechanics of the promo.
- An FDA Representative will be present to validate the judging of winners.
- The following criteria will be used:
- Relevance to the theme – 50%
- Caption – 30%
- Creativity – 20%
Total = 100%
The decisions of the judges are final and not appealable.
- Chosen winners must show proof of usage of Sensodyne. (Ex. Receipt of recent Sensodyne purchase, picture of bathroom with Sensodyne, etc.)
- Winners in Metro Manila area are required to claim their prizes at Yehey! Corporation office located at 1801 Tektite East Tower, Philippine Stock Exchange Center, Exchange Road, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Philippines 1605.
- Grand prize winner is required to present passport as well as passport of companion along with one (1) valid ID.
- Winner/s will be notified via e-mail and registered mail.
- Prizes are not transferable and not convertible to cash.
- Prize includes airplane tickets, accommodations, transfers and a city tour for two around South Korea. Travel tax, pocket money, incidental expenses and insurance are not included.
- Prizes unclaimed by December 31, 2015 shall be forfeited.
- GlaxoSmithKline Philippines Inc. reserves the right to reject/ delete photos that are deemed inappropriate and do not conform with the rules and regulations of the contest
- All submitted photo entries will automatically be a property of GlaxoSmithKline Philippines Inc. and may be used in various materials for promotions.
- All employees of GlaxoSmithKline Philippines Inc, its affiliates, authorized dealers, its advertising or promotion agencies, judges, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not qualified to join the contest.
- The participant warrants that he is the owner of the picture submitted, and that it does not constitute infringement of intellectual property rights and/or unfair competition. The participant hereby holds GlaxoSmithKline Philippines, Inc., its representatives, agents, employees, officers, and assignees, free and harmless from any claim or liability in connection with this promo.
