In a round-up of 2019, the Samsung Galaxy S10 was awarded by industry standard benchmark DisplayMate’s highest ever A+ grade, with 100% Very Good – Excellent ratings across all categories. The Galaxy S10+ also received high praise for its 6.4” Quad HD+ AMOLED Infinity-O Display, which contributed to its inclusion in the top “Best Of” lists reviewing the best smartphones of 2019.

2019 was also a great year for the Samsung Galaxy Note10+. After winning recognition from DisplayMate with the ‘Best Smartphone Display Award’, the phone received consistently positive feedback across reviews. It was counted among the best that 2019 had to offer, praising not only its screen but the usefulness and versatility of the signature S Pen. The Galaxy Note10+ also received the highest score of the year in a test by independent benchmark setters DxOMark. The test, comparing the low light camera performance of four leading smartphones, ranked the Galaxy Note10+ 5G first in the ultra-wide category for Best Smartphone Cameras of 2019.

In tests by independent Consumer Association publication Which?, the Galaxy S10 5G took the top spot, followed by the Galaxy Note 10+ 5G and the Galaxy S10+ which stand alone as the only smartphones to achieve a score of 90% or higher. Both the Galaxy S10 and Note10, as well as all their variants, are given the “Best Buy” badge of approval.

In the Philippines, several top tech media also recognized Galaxy Note10+ as the best smartphone for Filipino consumers.

Samsung has always been a pioneer in category-defining new form factors and design for their mobile devices, and 2019 saw this leadership truly recognized. As the first manufacturer to bring an in-foldable screen smartphone to the market, Samsung broke new ground for displays in more ways than one—continuing to make the brand the best choice for users who are looking for the highest quality devices.
