GoDaddy Inc., (NYSE: GDDY), the company that empowers everyday entrepreneurs around the world, in collaboration with AXN, recently announced the World Premiere of its reality series, Project GO, and introduced the expert Mentors who will be guiding the entrepreneur contestants. The first episode airs on November 19, 2020 in the Philippines and regionally in Southeast Asia on AXN, one of the leading general entertainment channels owned by KC Global Media Asia. Project GO gives Filipino dreamers the opportunity to hone their ingenuity and bring creative ideas to life, with the most striking business idea winning Php 1 million in funding at the end of the show.

Host and chief Mentor Maggie Wilson will share her personal insights and tips as the entrepreneur behind Acasa Manila. Joining Maggie on the show as Mentors are successful, innovative leaders in their respective fields: Rappler’s Bea Cupin; the Tung Brothers (Mikko, Macky and Mark Tung) of Ligo, and GoDaddy Marketing Director for Asia Tina Shieh

The new program, Project GO, will adapt a semi-digital show format aimed at enhancing the viewership experience. For cast members who cannot be physically on set, they will be connected via live stream to interact with those on set throughout the course of filming.

Accomplished lifestyle journalist Bea Cupin joins Wilson and Shieh as one of the show’s Mentors. With her vast experience working for a number of the country’s major publications, the current Lifestyle and Entertainment Editor of Rappler will teach contestants the nuances of understanding target audiences, communicating effectively, and identifying opportunities for their respective brands.

Also serving as Mentors on the show are the “Tung Brothers” Mikko, Macky, and Mark, company executives and third-generation owners of Ligo, one of the country’s top food brands.  Mikko Tung is also the CEO of Odd Job Bob, a personalized home repair service, of which he and Macky are co-founders.

With their family’s 60-year legacy of business success and ability to understand the needs of  rising generations of new consumers in the Millennial and Gen-Z demographics, as well as their experience as entrepreneurs in their own right, the Tung Brothers exhibit sound business acumen and foresight, making them strong and valuable Mentors for Project GO contestants.
