The HUAWEI Band is the latest light-weight, water-resistant, stylish, and durable wearable from HUAWEI and it helps you track your everyday activities – how much you sleep (or don’t sleep), your health, and your physical activities. It knows when you’re walking or running and calculates calorie burn so you can set and meet your fitness targets. It works with devices running Android or iOS and is available at HUAWEI and partner stores starting March 18.
The minimalist and ergonomic HUAWEI Band is encased in a scratch-resistant steel body, and topped with a OLED touch- display with 128-by-128 pixel resolution. It comes with a comfortable, yet durable diamond-patterned strap that’s available in black, cream and white. The HUAWEI Band is water resistant up to IP68 – you can jog with it under the rain and in moist conditions.
The HUAWEI Band offers highly accurate and intelligent tracking powered by its industry-leading A-Sensor technology. It can distinguish between walking and running without the need of presetting. Its built-in Cap Sensor can distinguish between users’ idle and sleep states, allowing users to monitor their resting patterns and make adjustments. The HUAWEI Band includes a stand reminder that notifies users when they’ve been sitting idle for too long.
Notifications Right on Your Wrist
The HUAWEI Band shows notifications for incoming calls and smart alarms directly on your wrist. It has a built-in magnetic-charging design, allowing you to charge the Band easily. The Band can be powered up in just one-and-a-half hours. This provides it with enough energy to operate for three days without the need for a recharge.
The HUAWEI Band is compatible with devices running Android 4.4.4 or above and iOS 7.0 or above. Priced at P2990, the device will be available on March 18, 2016 in all Huawei and partner stores nationwide.
