Shopee 9.9 Super Shopping Day happens from Aug 30 to Sep 9

Shopee’s 11-day mega shopping event, Shopee 9.9 Super Shopping Day, happens from Aug 30 to Sept 9, 2018. With over 500,000 sellers, around 800 brands, and more than 60 partners on board, Shopee users can expect up to 99% off from the largest collection of deals, plus massive giveaways worth over P15 Miliion. Users can also join Shopee Dance to Win, with prizes that include an Ace 50″ TV and up to P100,000 in cash. To qualify, users need to post a video of themselves doing the Shopee Dance on Facebook and Instagram with the hashtag #ShopeeDancePH (see details below).

Every day of the nearly two-weeks of Shopee 9.9 has a different theme

Some highlights of the 11-day Shopee sale include:

  • Super Flash Sale Day (Aug 30) features flash deals as low as P99 happening nine times in the course of that day.
  • Super Vouchers Say (Sep 3), with a total of over P900,000 worth of vouchers to be redeemed.
  • Super Brand Festival (Sep 5) is when Shopee offers the largest collection of deals from major brands (including P&G, Maybeline, Samsung, Vivo, Colgate-Palmolive, Oppo, Asus, and more). Users can get first-hand access to thousands of products across all products categories including Electronics, Mobile and Gadgets, and Health and Beauty.

Shopee Shake is back and improved

Shopee is also bringing back Shopee Shake, the popular in-app game that has clocked over 70 million plays by users across the region. The game now has a new group mode where users can invite others to play at the same time in order earn bonus coins. Shopee Shake also has a coin pool of over 9 million Shopee coins up for grabs.

On Super Shopee Shake Day (Sep 8) and Super Shopping Day (Sep 9), users can play up to 18 times in 48 hours for a chance to win Shopee coins, vouchers, and prizes.

Join the Shopee Dance to Win Dance Contest

In line with Shopee 9.9, the company is also launching Shopee Dance to Win, with prizes including an Ace 5-” TV and up to P100,000 in cash. The dance is featured in Shopee’s second TVC starring Shopee Philippines’ brand ambassador Anne Curtis.

To qualify, users must post a video of themselves doing the Shopee Dance on Facebook and on Instagram with the hashtag #ShopeeDancePH. The contest runs from Aug 31 to Sep 9. Winners to be announced on Shopee’s social media pages on Sep 9.

Massive giveaways from Shopee partners

Shopee 9.9 Super Shopping Day is joined by over 60 partners, including Grab, Cebu Pacific, BPI, SM Advantage, ABS-CBN Publishing, and ABS-CBN Store. Grab will be giving away P9,000 worth of Grab rides each to 99 Shopee users, while Cebu Pacific will give away round trip tickets to Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Kota Kinabalu, and Siem Reap.
