- Download the PayMaya app on iOS or Android and activate their virtual card;
- Purchase and activate a PayMaya physical card;

- Have their PayMaya account upgraded through the Know-Your-Customer (KYC) process;
- Pay a utility bill in full through the PayMaya app, minimum receipt of P300.
Second year, more winners
On its second year, PayMaya’s Merry Millionaire promo is again giving away a million pesos, tax-free, to one lucky customer. There will be a total of 45 winners of P10,000 throughout the duration of the promo as there will be 5 winners weekly for 9 weeks and one grand prize winner on the final week. Draws shall be done weekly beginning Oct. 23, 2017 to determine the weekly winner/s in the presence of a DTI representative.
