Here’s OPPO’s selfie-focused 5-inch, octa-core, 3GB RAM Android with an 8MP front camera that shoots crisp and clear selfies and groufies: the OPPO F1. It features an 84-degree wide angle lens with F2.0 aperture and a 1/4-inch sensor, a combo that fits more people into the frame and allows more light to enter the camera compared to F2.4 aperture lens of many cameras out there. The company dubs it the Selfie Expert and it’s now available nationwide for P11990.
The selfie focus doesn’t end with the front camera hardware specs. On the software side, The OPPO F1 comes with Beauty 3.0+ and 8 filters that brightens the skin and removes blemishes. The 5-inch HD display doubles as a flash in low light scenes, doing away with a physical flash as found in other phones, like the ZenFone Selfie and Alcatel Flash 2. Unlike both mentioned phones, the OPPO F1 is smaller, slimmer, and sleeker.
Design Meets Durability
The OPPO F1 comes in Gold and Rose Gold, with its back cover featuring a velvet-like softness despite being metal. The gorgeous 5-inch display is protected by a 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass coating and is housed in aluminum casing. The 13MP, F2.2 aperture rear camera comes with Pure Image 2.0+ features.
