My Home Credit mobile app informs users about every aspect of their loans

My Home Credit, available for free on Android, is Home Credit’s way of serving its customer base of over 2 million clients nationwide. The app is essentially a digital loan assistant through which users are presented an overview of their loans, status and modes of payment, due dates, and receipts of successful payments. No need for paper bills.

After a successful pilot test last October 2017, My Home Credit has been officially launched. It has reached over 214k installs via the Google Playstore. Its other features include a quick loan and payments overview and schedules, plus app messages so customers will never miss a due date.

Recently, a chat feature has been added for customers who prefer non-voice contact. Features in the works include online loan application and online payments features. The Philippines has the largest number of active social media users, and smartphones is a good channel to reach them.

Home Credit customers can download the app from Google Playstore for free. To learn more about Home Credit, you may visit www.homecredit.ph.
