The inauguration was attended by key executives in the industry such as Contact Centers Association of the Philippines (CCAP)’s Jojo Uligan, the Executive Director & Founding Member and IT Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP)’s President & CEO Jomari Mercado.
IBEX Global’s very own COO Gilbert Sta. Maria, General Manager Eric Kaufman, and CEO & President of IBEX Global Bob Dechant hosted the official inauguration at the company’s newest site in the country.
“I’ve been in the industry for 10 years,” said Gilbert Sta.
