To inspire and empower entrepreneurs and micro small and medium enterprises (mSMEs) and to showcase franchising opportunities, Globe myBusiness partnered with the Association of Filipino Franchisers (AFFI) to hold the first myBusiness Day at the Globe Tower, BGC, Taguig.
Globe myBusiness cites an AFFI study that the industry has grown by 20 percent this year, and expects the uptrend to continue with another 5 percent growth rate by yearend. This comes at the heels of the group’s member franchises sales of P63.4 billion for 2013.
The myBusiness day venue is a one-stop shop for business start-ups, especially for Globe employees, with franchising opportunities and business enablers exhibited all day, featuring talks from experts lasting until evening. Globe employees were given a wide array of franchising investment opportunities from over 20 local franchise exhibitors (see Franchising Opportunities below).
