Canon Customer Care Centre transfers services to Megamall

 
Canon Marketing (Philippines), Inc (CMPI) has always prided itself on constantly delighting its customers; and to be able to serve more and serve better, its Customer Care Centre, originally located in Eton Cyberpod Corinthian building in Ortigas, has transferred its services to Canon D-Center at SM Megamall’s Cyberzone.

CMPI’s Director of Consumer Group, Vinchy Sanchez. “We want our services to be more accessible to them, thus the big move,” he explains. Not only is the new location more convenient to get to, customers will also enjoy longer business hours, following the mall’s operating hours.

The new service center accepts all models of Canon cameras, while Canon printers will continue to be serviced by authorized service centers SST Laptop and Silicon Valley, both which are also located at the same area. The services at Canon D-Center, which is found on the 4th level of the Mega B building will have its official opening on April 1, following its soft opening last March 12.
